DataBuddy provides a matching and coordination service that connects clients with IT interim professionals, recruitment solutions, solution providers, and automation services. We act as a facilitator and do not directly provide consulting, staffing, or implementation services.

We are not the employer of any interim professionals, nor the vendor of any solutions delivered by our network partners. Engagements are contracted directly between clients and matched providers.

3. Use of Services

When using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information in all inquiries
  • Use the service for legitimate business purposes only
  • Not misrepresent your identity, company, or requirements
  • Respect the confidentiality of information shared during the matching process
  • Not circumvent our service by directly contacting matched parties outside our process

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of DataBuddy GmbH or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

DataBuddy provides matching and coordination services. We do not guarantee:

  • The availability, quality, or suitability of any matched party
  • The outcome of any engagement with matched partners or interims
  • The accuracy of information provided by third parties in our network

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DataBuddy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

6. Confidentiality

Information shared during the intake and matching process is treated as confidential. We will only share your information with potential matches after obtaining your consent, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Fees and Payment

Our fee structure varies by service type and is communicated separately during the engagement process. The use of our website and initial intake is free of charge. Fees for successful matches or ongoing coordination services are agreed upon before any billable work begins.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting an updated version on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Wiesbaden, Germany.
